“ I truly believe Rostov's is one of the best businesses in Richmond. At the front of the store is a huge variety of freshly roasted beans, never bitter, super reasonably prices and always delicious. You can also get a loyalty card for a free pound of coffee if you buy often. There are beautiful mugs and every kind of coffee or tea accoutrement you can imagine. Then, in the back, there is a selection of teas that are SUPER reasonably priced and there is a flavor for everyone. The coffee bar in the back is incredible - the baristas are so nice, the coffee and tea drinks are excellent, and you pay a great price for a cup of coffee. Then, the staff is amazing, always friendly and helpful. Tammy Rostov, the owner, is super kind and fun to talk to, and I love seeing her when the store hosts fun events like Frank and Beans day and Pi Day. I really love Rostov's and will always patronize the store and recommend it to friends! Thank you all for the great spot you have maintained in the city! ”
“ There's no better coffee roaster in VA. Tammy is well versed in coffee and customer satisfaction! Have to drink decaf because of health issues, and have been looking for a "good" decaf for years. All of Rostov's decafs are great. And several other family members think their regular coffee is superb! If you are in Richmond and want great coffee, find Rostov's. They have a website and shipping. What else could you ask for?!? How about a great tea selection and lots of coffee makers, cups, and paraphernalia!! You need to get on Rostov's email list! Their prices are great if you go to carrytown teas you know they over charge like crazy this place does not I suggest you come here they also roast their own beans I just recently got a Breville Bambino and I got some of their espresso beans and it’s delicious also they grind it up for you if you want. ”

“ Came in on 12/30 looking for advice on different types of beans as I just purchased an entry level espresso machine. Wish I had gotten the name of who helped me, but they were incredibly kind and gave me some great recommendations. Ended up getting a 1/2lb each of Italian Espresso and Peru Organic to try out and so far I am loving it... super fresh and delicious. Would highly recommend checking out Rostov's for your coffee needs! ”
“ Super cute personable place. The owner I believe welcomed us and did a lot of explanations of coffee and suggested local places to visit since we were from out of town. They have a wide range of coffee beans and tea leaves. He explained the history of the place and asked questions of what our personal preferences were and provided suggestions of what we might like to try. We happily walked out of the place with some new coffee and tea to try. They also have a huge range of cups to purchase as well. ”
